independant from what?

okay, so at the risk of being…haughty about the joys of living in a country where my leader doesn’t pardon a convicted treasonist, happy fourth, you americans (i still love you, even if your president is slime).

we’ve been doing not much around here. not spending money, fighting about not spending money. the usual shit. zoë’s officially GOOD at walking. She runs sometimes and she now says no to me by shaking her head and ocassionally says yes by nodding (the ratio is aprox. 1 yes for every 113 nos). Independence is a bitch. she’ll be a year old in 21 days! time has not even flown but rushed past in such a speed that i didn’t even feel the breeze, it was too fast for my nerves to translate.

today would have been my dad’s 51st birthday. this is the second one that i can’t celebrate with him and it does hurt me, but i have moved into such a state of denial and apathy in order to move on with my life, that i thought of the date and only went “oh, yeah.” i’m building bigger walls than i can scale, now.

the silver lining: my other site has surpassed the 30,000 mark on technorati. i am firming plans to launch one monetized site within about a month and another by my anniversary (hallowe’en). you wanna know what they’re about? email me.
